How to make a donation

Step 1: Starting Your Donation

• Visit the campaign page you wish to support and click the “Give” button.
• Choose your donation type:
  • Single Donation or
  • Monthly Subscription (recurring donations)
• Enter your donation amount.
• Optional: Help us keep GiveSendGo free by adding an optional donation to support our platform. We rely solely on the generosity of donors like you to cover our operational costs, with no fees charged to campaign owners. 

Step 2: Enter Your Details

• Email: Enter your email address to receive a confirmation and updates.
• Name: Provide your first and last name.
• Hide My Name: If you wish to remain anonymous, you can choose to hide your name from public view.
• Donation Name: You can select how your donation will appear publicly (e.g., as your name or a custom name).
• Follow This Campaign: Choose whether you want to follow the campaign and receive updates.
• Message: Leave a message of encouragement for the campaign owner (optional).

Step 3: Payment Methods Available

1. Credit and Debit Cards
   Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC security code, and ZIP code to securely process your donation.

2. Link (Secure, 1-Click Checkout)

   • Link saves your payment information for fast, secure donations with just a few clicks.
   • You can use Link with both card payments and bank transfers.
   • First-time users will securely save their info, while returning users will verify their donation using a code.

3. Apple Pay and Google Pay

   • Available for compatible devices and browsers.
   • These methods allow for fast, secure checkouts without entering payment details.

Step 4: Completing Your Donation

• Review your donation details.
• Click “Confirm” to submit your donation.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your donation is processed.
