How to Manage your Recurring (Subscription) Donation

If you need to update or cancel your recurring (subscription) donation on GiveSendGo, follow the steps below. Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted support, while canceling is quick and straightforward if you choose to stop your donation.

Steps to Update Payment Information

1. Log into your GiveSendGo account.
2. Navigate to My Donations from your account dashboard.
3. In the Subscription Donations section, locate the specific recurring donation you wish to update.
4. Click on the Manage button on the subscription card to access your payment details.
5. From here, you can select Pay another way to add a new payment method, such as a different credit or debit card. 
   • You may also have the option to use Link or Apple Pay as a payment method, which might allow for a faster, more secure transaction depending on your bank.
6. Save any updates to ensure your donation remains active.

Steps to Cancel a Recurring Donation

If you would like to stop your recurring donation:

1. Log into your GiveSendGo account and go to My Donations.
2. Find the donation you wish to cancel in the Subscription Donations section.
3. Click Manage on the specific donation card.
4. Select Stop to end the recurring donation.
5. Type STOP in the confirmation dialog box and submit to finalize the cancellation.

Once canceled, no further charges will occur. You’re welcome to start a new recurring donation anytime if you wish to resume support.
